How Billing Works

• After enrollment, your first paid billing begins 30 days after activation
• Your payment method on file is automatically charged $49.99 each month on your billing date
• Your membership renews month-to-month at the current subscription price until cancelled
• All subscription charges and applicable taxes are billed to the payment method provided at enrollment

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date
• Requests received less than 48 hours before billing take effect the following cycle

Refund Policy

PROSPER VIP membership payments are non-refundable. Monthly membership fees are not refunded for partial billing periods or unused benefits. We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with notice prior to your next billing cycle.
