RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING
We will provide a shipping label and return instructions after your return request is accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Bundled items (unless the entire bundle is returned)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or damaged items. Email prosperbrand.team@gmail.com for size exchanges.
DAMAGE/DEFECTS
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
